What can I say?! My apartment is cute and has great closet space! I love everything in the apartment . Location is great! I can walk to get everything I need . Elexus has been a breath of fresh air. Since she started my work orders have gotten done and she is so friendly and will help you on the spot instead of just brushing you aside like previous managers did. I am very happy with the management change and will definitely be renewing if she stays 😊

I Just moved here a month ago from upstate NY and I have to say Karen definitely was such a amazing help. Karen and Chris are awesome people and great to talk too. They return every call. The apartment is great with the perfect layout and the people I have seen are very nice. The neighborhood is so so, a block or two down is not good but a block or two up are awesome. There is so many great places to eat and shop. Very close to the highway is a huge bonus. Only thing I don't like here (Not Astero's fault) the business next to my apartment has an intercom that goes off after their hours and is annoying. Overall this is a solid place to live. I recommend it.

Since Astero has taken over management I can sincerely say that the property has changed for the better. Karen and Chris are very easy to talk too and are very approachable (which is half the battle when you have issues). Maintenance issues are handled in sufficient time.

I have lived here for 9 years I think they have finally made some improvements the manager Karen Taylor has answers and if not finds them also the maintenance Kris Schafer very helpful and making a request isn't so complicated maybe it's time change will be a great change thank you

This place is awesome! My X-girlfriend and I have lived here for little over a year now, and just until recently , the place has completely changed for the better! From the office staff , to the maintenance crew (Christopher) super helpful, and fixed what needed to be fixed in our unit right away. This place rocks!

I give Candi in the office 5/5. The rest of my experience so far has been interesting. I tried to contact the complex about my application for almost 5 days of no one answering the phone, leaving countless voicemails and emails before finally going in and meeting Candi on her very first day working here. She did more for me in her first 5 hours of working here than anyone had done in almost a week. They never updated me along the process, I had to call them for everything and rarely got through to anyone. I was almost homeless due to their lack of communication but Candi was so helpful and got me moved in the next day and got me new floors! I’m just hoping she sticks around and they find more people like her that actually get stuff done!

Do not, I repeat do not move to an Astero complex. They lie, they won't return "any" phone calls whatsoever office phone is out of service. Bugs, roaches, no AC. Had an appointment with the leasing manager to go over some repair issues, she was a complete no show didn't even call to apologize every schedule absolutely nothing. All they want is your money and nothing more.. Well 3 weeks and no air, finally something getting done. Was given access to another unit until repairs are made. Little late but it's a start.. I'll keep ya posted Astero is really stepping up to the plate, they have addressed my air conditioning and other issues. Hopefully the complex will be a great place to live again, of course it takes the effort of all the residents to do their part. Thanks Astero

I’ve lived here 2 years now in august and I just love it here! It’s very quiet in the evenings and the neighbors are polite. The new Mangement we have is wonderful, genuine and very kind. There are no bugs, and they get to work orders rather slowly but eventually it all gets done. I’m signing my lease for a 3rd year as I can truly say, “Tides on Gilbert West” is my quaint home and a blessing!

I live at the tides and the lady in the office named Valerie is really awesome. Every time I have a problem or concern I go directly to her and she takes care of it immediately and if she cannot take care of it immediately she puts that top priority and she gets to me either the next day or is she gets a hold of me when she has figured it out and can solve it. She has been the best lady in the office since I've lived here and she cares about all of us around here we can sit in the office and talk to her about anything. Apt 224

I truly love what The Robinson Group has done here at this property since they have taken over things have changed so much. Angelica the manager is so very friendly and helpful. And the maintenance man Raphael is a nice young man and goes the extra mile to make sure the property looks and stays beautiful. He does it all! I am happy to live here at the Tides on Gilbert West!

I love this complex and the staff. They are constantly making improvements to the property for the safety and comfort of us tenants. When I moved here over 2 yrs ago it wasn’t a 5 star property, but within 3 months they changed Managers an “ooh boy” everything started to change for the better. I can’t say enough good things about the property Manager and Owners. They honestly care about our safety and comfort. I’ll be here unti I can purchase my own home.
